Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive from Made in Limpopo. As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish form part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each item.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not qualify for return:
- Custom-made or commissioned pieces
- Personalised items
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Artworks leased, hired, or used for exhibitions/events
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- Incorrect order fulfilment
- A verified product defect
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
