Refund Policy

At Made in Limpopo, we take pride in offering authentic handcrafted products and artworks created by skilled artisans across Limpopo. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-made or commissioned products
  • Personalised items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Artworks leased, hired, or used for exhibitions/events
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund, where applicable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • A verified defect is confirmed
